Marcomm Manager

ThriveDX SaaS provides education and skills training for careers of the future. Our vision is to change lives globally through digital transformation, while empowering individuals to thrive in the digital economy. TDX does this by partnering with Higher Education to deliver our programs to reskill students and by working with Businesses to upskill their current workforce.

TDX SaaS is looking to hire a full-time Marcomm Manager who will execute content marketing tactics, manage social media and blog efforts, as well as assist with thought leadership efforts. This person will need to have availability for at least 40 hours per week and work remote in the USA under the EST time-zone or in Manhattan, NY.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer on KPIs and strategy related to content marketing and thought leadership
  • Lead the content marketing strategy as well as PR agency relationships
  • Market the company’s business online through various channels including website, email, social media, and blog
  • Utilize SEMRush and analytics platforms to develop insights and action items intended to generate interest and boost SEO
  • Execute on content marketing initiatives across all products in the suite 
  • Utilize readership data and insights to have a deep understanding of TDX’s audience and behaviors 
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Product, Commercial, and Tech to incorporate domain knowledge expertise into content marketing pieces
  • Curate and schedule posts across our social media platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter
  • Manage ContentFly and online content-related vendors
  • Implement SEO strategies and other growth tactics throughout online content

Education and Experience

  • Experience in content marketing or marketing communications for B2B (minimum 4 years)
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and SMM (minimum 2 years)
  • Experience copywriting for blog articles and social media 
  • Willingness to learn and be flexible with strategy
  • Highly collaborative and motivated as well as goal-oriented
  • Energetic and passionate about marketing
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Communications, or Business) 
  • Experience with Hubspot or other CRM preferred
  • Experience with Canva or other design software preferred
  • Experience with WordPress preferred
  • Eye for design preferred
