Job Title:

Performance Marketing Manager

Cybint is looking to hire a full-time Performance Marketing Manager who will execute marketing tactics, manage paid advertising, as well as assist with all lead generation efforts. This person will need to have availability for at least 40 hours per week and work in our Manhattan office in Times Square, or from home (during the current Coronavirus situation). Additional remote working flexibility is offered.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer on marketing needs and expectations
  • Market the company’s business online through various channels including website, email, social media, and advertising
  • Utilize analytics platforms to develop insights and action items intended to generate leads
  • Execute on growth marketing initiatives across all organic and paid channels, including but not limited to: LinkedIn, SEM, SEO, Display and more
  • Utilize data and insights to have a deep understanding of Cybint’s audience, customer lifecycle, acquisition funnel, and identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Product, Commercial, and Tech to intelligently scale acquisition efforts
  • Work closely with Commercial department to ensure automated campaigns achieve company goals
  • Assists with lead routing, list uploads, and data management between sales and marketing systems
  • Track, analyze and report on performance metrics

Education and Experience:

  • Experience in marketing analytics or strategic performance roles with an emphasis on SaaS based B2B / B2B2C companies (minimum 3 years)
  • Experience with PPC, SEM, and paid advertising, A/B testing, and Google Analytics (minimum of 2 years)
  • Experience building, managing, and shaping digital marketing B2B / B2B2C campaigns
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with data driven decision making capabilities
  • Willingness to learn and be flexible with strategy
  • Highly collaborative and motivated as well as goal-oriented
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Energetic and passionate about marketing
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in promoting cybersecurity and/or EdTech products preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business) preferred
  • Experience with Hubspot or other CRM preferred
  • Experience with Canva or other design software preferred
  • Experience with WordPress preferred
  • Eye for design preferred
