TDX is looking to hire a full-time Director of Growth who will lead the performance marketing team, develop lead gen strategies based on KPIs, and execute marketing lead generation needs for our Enterprise Suite.

Job Responsibilities

· Work closely with the VP of Marketing and Head of Sales on KPIs and lead gen strategy related to revenue goals

· Market the company’s enterprise suite through a variety of channels including website, email, social media, and advertising

· Manager digital marketing budget and ROI expectations

· Lead a team of performance marketing and partner marketing professionals

· Utilize analytics platforms to develop insights and action items intended to generate leads

· Execute on growth marketing initiatives across all organic and paid channels, including but not limited to: LinkedIn, SEM, SEO, Display and more

· Utilize data and insights to have a deep understanding of TDX’s audience, customer lifecycle, acquisition funnel, and identify opportunities for growth

· Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Product, Commercial, and Tech to intelligently scale demand and lead generation efforts

· Assists with lead routing, list uploads, and data management between sales and marketing systems

· Track, analyze and report on performance metrics

Education and Experience

· 6+ years’ experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or strategic performance roles ideally B2B2C

· 6+ years’ experience with PPC, SEM, and paid advertising, A/B testing, and Google Analytics

· Experience building, managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns

· Experience selling to higher education is a bonus

· Strong analytical thinking skills with data driven decision making capabilities

· Highly collaborative and motivated as well as goal-oriented

· Excellent project management skills

· Strong time management and organizational skills

· Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

· Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Communications, or Business) preferred

· Experience with Hubspot or other CRM

· Experience leading a team preferred
